Do you charge a cake cutting fee?
Yes, we do. It is $0.75 per person if we cut and serve your cake for you. However, we do allow for other options too. Occasionally, we waive the cake fee as an incentive to book your event with us!

What is included in your room rental fee?
Room rental fees include all the set-up and clean-up. We provide 5 accessory tables (ex. Head table, gift table, etc) with linens & skirting (lighting optional), round tables for guests (10 people per table). Fees also include table linens (white on white), china, silverware, and glassware, everything you would need for a wonderful event.

Is there a charge for champagne toasting?
We charge by the bottle for the champagne (domestic or imported) but we provide the champagne flutes for free. All you need to decide is who gets served the champagne, the head table or the house! Each bottle of champagne will serve about 10 people so plan on one bottle per table for your guests.

Are we required to use your DJ service?
No. Our DJ service is highly recommended as we are confident you will receive great service from our team for only $600; our DJ's are a bargain. However, if you want to bring in your own DJ you can. You will be required to pay a $200 fee and the outside DJ will need to bring in their personal equipment.

Do you charge a gratuity?
Yes, basically it is a labor charge. Our service fee is 18% and is applied to your room rent and food charges. We do not charge the service fee on your bar package because the bar packages include the bartender fee in the package price.

Can I bring in my own food / caterer?
No, we are a full service facility, which means that we rent the space, we provide all the food, the entire bar service, and we have DJ service available too! One place - all these great services; we keep your planning easy.

Can I bring in my own liquor?
No. We are licensed through the State of Michigan to serve alcohol so bringing liquor into our facility would be a violation of Michigan law.

Can I pay for soda by consumption for my business meeting?
Yes, we can easily accommodate this request.

I am on a limited budget, do you give discounts?
Yes, we have special discounts for Friday night receptions, non-prime wedding months, and Sunday through Thursday events. We are willing to "work with" most budgets that are reasonable. If you entrust us with how much you can spend, we will try to help if we can.

Do you have AV equipment?
Yes, we rent a laptop computer, video projector and screen for any occasions. Please call us for our current rates.
